If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement.

In the event that we supply wrong products that do not conform to your order, are damaged or incorrect, we will offer you a replacement product or we will refund the full amount to you in the manner possible and appropriate including the delivery fees paid as a service for your purchase (if any). In all cases you must return the faulty or damaged products. Or the incorrect one will be returned to us within 14 days in its original form.
Please note that the time limit is according to the laws in force within your country, and in cases of offers, the terms of the offers will apply.

In line with global retail standards, we would like to inform you that we cannot return or exchange products in the following categories: underwear, swimwear, bikini trunks, and one-piece swimsuits.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be added to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again or your agreed upon payment method.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
